Portland, Oregon—Holden Outerwear is pleased to announce three important additions to the company: Mike Hare has been hired as CFO and General Counsel, Colin Madden joins the staff as Holden’s Vice President of Sales, and Alex Messmer/MDM Consulting will direct Holden’s European distribution.
