While iPhone fans are packing every Apple store in the world, Rob Dyrdek, P-Rod, and Chris Cole are apparently helping the opposing team. All three are scheduled for a skate demo today (June 24, 2010) at San Diego’s Fashion Valley to launch the opening of Microsoft’s fourth copy of the Apple’s store.
Dyrdek has apparently been on a Microsoft store-opening tour as of late. He was in Denver June 10 10 where he appeared with “Disney actress Demi Lovato.” Can’t say he’s not doing all he can for the Street League.
Fuck Apple, fuck mac, fuck iPhone and all the trend chasers that have been feeding money to Apple for the past 2 decades in the name of being hip.
I’d like to see people wake up to the magic wizardry of PC’s. But c’mon, could they (the MS store) have gotten a little more realistic athletes to help promote it? Think of the money they had to pay those 3 scotty pippens just to show up.
