Ask Riders Bjorn

Today, June 17, 2009 from noon to 2 PM Pacific (3-5 PM Eastern Time) Rome rider Bjorn Leines will be manning the Twitter feed to answer questions from anyone who slings on a #rometeam hash tag. Ask him anything you want and he’ll answer back. Kind of reminds us of the old chat interviews we used to roll during Internet bubble 1.0.

One lucky quizzer will be selected at random to win a pair of Bjorn’s favorite boots, the 2010 Rome Folsom boots with Skatecuff technology.

ROME SDS ASK THE RIDER – LIVE INTERVIEW WITH BJORN LEINES

We’ve all read shred interviews before and thought, “I could come up with better questions than this crap.” Well, now’s your chance to prove it by throwing some interview questions at a Rome team rider and hear the answers almost immediately.

On Wednesday, June 17th, from 3 pm to 5 pm Eastern Time (see time zone list below), Rome SDS Pro Shred Bjorn Leines will be on Twitter to answer all of your questions in real time. You ask a question, he answers it.

Here’s how it will work:

•Log on to Twitter at the designated time
•Submit your question in the “What Are You Doing?” box
•End your question with a #Rometeam
•Bjorn will fire back his answers to your questions

Where did he ride this past season? What’s his favorite cereal? Where’s the best pow? TP: fold it or bunch it? Does this look infected? (Of course you’ll need to include a photo for the last one.) The questions are all up to you.
In addition, Rome SDS will be picking a question at random that has the #Rometeam “hashtag” in it, and hooking that lucky rider up with a new pair of Bjorn’s choice of boots—the 2010 Rome Folsom boots with SkateCuff technology.

So call in sick if need be, skip school, log in from your iPhone, or do whatever you need to do and get on a computer at:
3-5 Eastern
2-4 Central
1-3 Mountain
12-2 Pacific

Stay tuned to www.romesnowboards.com and www.twitter.com/romesds for more updates on the happenings of the Rome SDS.
