Only in Greenville, Tennessee. Seriously. Sherry and Michael Melton have opened a bow-hunting and skateboard shop in their hometown called Flipside.
According to Melton, the shop will sell brand-name skateboards such as Baker, Flip, Alien Workshop, and Plan B, and parts such as decks, trucks, wheels and bearings. . . . Flipside will also sell archery equipment . . . Explaining the store’s name, Mrs. Melton said the dictionary definition of flipside is “an opposite” so she decided that archery was an opposite of skating. The shop will sell various archery items and tree stands used by hunters.
This may be the best shop in the world for people who like wounding deer with arrows and then skating a bowl.
