Agency Wins Prize for Burton R.E.D. Catalog

According to a press release [2 one 5] cr8tve ntwrk won a “silver Davey Award” for the 2008 R.E.D. catalog they designed for Burton Snowboards. As much as we’d like to give them a spanking for having such a tritely annoying name, they are obviously talented. Follow the jump for all the details.


PHILADELPHIA—[ 2 one 5 ] cr8tve ntwrk was awarded this week a silver Davey Award for the 2008 R.E.D. Protection dealer catalog they created for Burton Snowboards.

The dealer catalog which is a 48 page catalog for Burton sales reps and retailers was designed to compliment the 2008 R.E.D. Protection marketing campaign, Transforming Tradition. [ 2 one 5 ] has been working with Burton Snowboards on the R.E.D. Protection marketing campaigns for the past three years and will continue with the 2009 campaign as well. In addition to the marketing campaigns, [ 2 one 5 ] was awarded last year the 2009 R.E.D. Protection product design for the first time and was just recently re-awarded the product design for 2010.

Receiving over 4,000 entries this year, the Davey Awards is an interactive creative award focused exclusively on honoring outstanding creative work from the best small firms worldwide. The awards are judged and overseen by the International Academy of the Visual Arts and sponsored by Adweek Media and the Creative Group.

Finally getting the recognition they deserve, [ 2 one 5 ] has been putting out fresh designs since 2001 for clients such as Burton Snowboards, J Dub Records, J Shoes, Okay Player, Snowboard Magazine, Times Philadelphia, Pep Boys and Richard Nicholas Hair Salon.
