MERGE4 Brings On Aaron Favero

Santa Cruz, CA: MERGE4 is proud to announce and welcome Aaron Favero to the family as the company’s Director of Sales and Marketing. Aaron will be responsible for “building the brand, growing distribution and stoking out the feet of people from sea to shining sea and beyond.”

As a lifelong snowboarder and powder hound, Aaron grew up in Sacramento, skiing and snowboarding in the Sierras. A high school road trip to Utah put the hook in him and sparked the seed to move east, out to the majestic mountains of Colorado and Utah in search of the light, fluffy powder that those areas are known. While out “living the dream”, during his spare time Aaron worked his way through school and graduated with an MBA from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.

With 13 years of experience at Ogio and Red Bull, Aaron comes to MERGE4 with a wealth of experience, knowledge and know-how.

Aaron built up Ogio’s brand and product offerings, bridging it from the narrow markets of golf courses and gyms and opening them up to the wide-world of “Action Sports”, including skateboarding, surfing, snowsports, moto and others, as well as for travel aficionados all around the world, making Ogio one of the most internationally recognized and respected brands around.

Red Bull allowed Aaron to stretch his wings and skills, fulfilling a variety of duties including directing field marketing programs, building distribution and managing world class events like Red Bull Rampage, Red Bull Soapbox and Red Bull’s Winter X Games sponsorship.

Although he is from the west coast, Favero is indeed a wearer of socks:

“I’m excited about this category and especially the MERGE4 brand and all the exciting things buzzing around it.”

Joining the MERGE4 team in September of 2017, Aaron is jazzed from his heels to his toes and to the very depths of his soles:

“It’s amazing. From the moment you touch them and especially once you slide them on your feet, you feel the quality. And working with some of the coolest collaborators in art, photography, thrill seeking and life, they look incredible too. With the greatest collaborators on the planet and the technical quality to make them look and feel good, we won’t rest until we’ve wrapped everyone’s soles in stylish comfort.”

MERGE4 founder Cindi Ferreira Busenhart is excited to have Aaron Favero’s energy and experience on board:

“Aaron has a proven record of facilitating long-term business relationships with retailers and industry experts. His attitude and personality are perfect fits with all of us at MERGE4. Having Aaron on our team will only enhance our goals to provide quality, innovative socks to the marketplace with dedication to the customers and community. I’m so grateful we can finally work together!”
