NIDECKER GROUP (Switzerland) and FLOW Sports, Inc. (USA) have entered into an agreement whereby NIDECKER GROUP has acquired the brand assets of FLOW Snowboarding from Flow Sports, Inc.
Rolle, Switzerland and San Clemente, California (November 21, 2016) —NIDECKER GROUP, the Swiss based brand developer, is proud to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the “Flow” snowboarding brand assets from Flow Sports, Inc. NIDECKER GROUP, operates a variety of well-known brands in both the snowboarding and stand up paddle boarding such as NIDECKER Snowboards, JONES Snowboard, YES Snowboards and NOW Snowboard Bindings as well as LAIRD Stand Up Paddle. NIDECKER GROUP now adds FLOW Snowboarding to its bank of industry leading brands.
In a market, which has largely seen contraction over the past few years NIDECKER GROUP is an exception with constant growth since its creation. NIDECKER GROUP sees an opportunity to expand and strengthen its technology toolbox and global distribution footprint.
