Surf2Go acquires distribution rights for Goodboards Snowboards
Surf2Go, a distributor of multiple strong brands in the surf, skate and snow industry
throughout Europe, today announces that is has acquired the rights for the distribution of
Goodboards Snowboards. The countries Surf2Go will distribute Goodboards Snowboards to
are the Benelux countries, Scandinavia, France and the United Kingdom. This acquisition
supports the company’s plan to consolidate itself in the European snowboard industry and
reinforces the portfolio of Surf2Go in this industry.
Founded in 2010 by Josef Holub, Goodboards is a German brand, producing limited
quantities of handmade freeride snowboards for the advanced snowboarder. The brand
stands for snowboards with the highest quality standard, with clean and aesthetic designs in
extra wide and longboard shapes that are rare these days. Each snowboard comes with a
unique serial number and certificate. The Legends, the ultimate freeride snowboard in the
line of Goodboards and also available as a splitboard, recently won the Best Board Design
Award from Shops 1st Try. And just 9 months after the company was founded, Goodboards
won the ISPO Brand New Award.
