Supra is celebrating the opening of their first California retail store. It’s in Santa Monica, of course.
“We are pleased with the performance of our first two stores and the response from the public has been amazing,” said a SUPRA spokesperson. “We had many potential locations we were looking at for our third store, but Santa Monica made the most sense because Southern California is where the brand was born. It’s a coming home of sorts, and we’re excited about the location.”

SUPRA Santa Monica is the brand’s third location, following the launch of the very successful SUPRA Paris and SUPRA NYC stores in 2011.

While the first two stores were designed with a warm, dark palette to create an intimate space in the middle of a bustling metropolis, the new California location took the opposite approach. Just steps from the busy Santa Monica promenade and only blocks from the beach, the 1400-square-foot SUPRA Santa Monica store is a bright, wide open space that reflects a Southern California aesthetic. Like the first two stores, the legendary collections of footwear for men, women, and kids are all elegantly displayed in a distinctive environment that gives the consumer the ability to experience the full breadth of the SUPRA line of products in one place.
“It’s more than just a sneaker store,” said the SUPRA spokesperson, “because inside the Santa Monica space, with the California sun shining in, the SUPRA signature look really comes to life.”
