From the Bucks Free Press:
Up To 40 protesters gathered on the streets of High Wycombe today, upset at the police’s handling of a recent street brawl.
The group, who were mostly Asian but with members of the white and West Indian community in the crowd, converged opposite the police station in Queen Victoria Road.
The group stood outside cheering and passing motorists beeped their horns in support.
Police have not yet commented on today’s protest, but Supt Rob Angell has told the Bucks Free Press that last Saturday’s incident was a “low-level” event which began after a misunderstanding over a skateboard.
