With all the coverage today regarding Shaun White Supply Co. and it’s soon-to-launch signature line of China crap we were surprised that no one mentioned the one new Shaun product that is made here in America: toilet paper.
Shaun White may wipe his ass with crisp hundred dollar bills, but it’s comforting to know that he understands that the other 99 percent of us don’t. That’s apparently why he’s reportedly releasing his new triple-ply line of Shaun Wipe Xtreme bathroom tissue.
Rumor has it that he will roll out (and demonstrate) his new personal hygiene product immediately prior to his vert run in the Caffeinated High Fructose Corn Syrup Championships presented by Go Kill Elephants Daddy in Las Vegas the weekend of October 13-16, 2011. And seriously, we can’t wait to watch him wipe out the competition.

Lame as usual. If you “media” types had a clue, you would realize Shaun White has blown through the “action sports industry” ceiling. Personally he has nothing to gain by playing to the “core” crowd, so why should he tip toe around the industry? Clearly he’s focused on everything outside of the industry. For years and years Tony Hawk had a pretty lame reputation and now he’s known as skateboarding’s savior and adored by endemic and non endemic media alike. It’s only the true core that maintains disdain for T Hawk. But the media and industry has blown by the “core” in favor of power and profitability. You are just an aggregator of industry news, but it’s clear by your comments where you stand. Why don’t YOU write a rule book for being a politically correct rider? Everyone is so fucking judgmental, as if THEY could do things so much better, cleaner, less environmentally unfriendly, etc. Fucking perfect idiots everywhere.
