The “shocker” just might be the perfect name for this skateboard motorcycle contraption from Duluth, Georgia based Performance Concepts. According to a post on Gizmag.com the Motocrossboard looks like this:
The two-wheeled MXB Shocker features a 1,500-watt, 48-volt brushless motor producing almost 5 lb/ft of torque at around 43 amps, which is enough to propel the board to over 35 mph (56 km/h). However, the device’s speed is limited to 20 mph (32 km/h) via gearing and the programmable controller – although this can be unlocked to enjoy the full 35 mph.
The motocrossboard sells for $2,999.00 and if you order now you just might get it in time for Christmas. Nothing says Merry Christmas like a shocker.
