Lindsey Jacobellis & The Method

Four years later and Lindsey Jacobellis is still answering for that method in Torino. This time to USA Today.

“I’ve been asked about it a million times,” she says. “My stock answer is: ‘I was pretty young and got caught up in the moment. I was having too much fun. I was excited to be in the finals, I almost got knocked out.’ “

Reminds us of a letter we wrote her back in 2006. . . The good news is she appears to be back on track for Vancouver and is busy (as the above pouty, doe-eyed, insouciant Under Armour photo would suggest) exploiting all of her talents this time around.

Stoked as shit, young, in the olympics, about to gold medal, things go wrong – who can blame her. She’s moved on …love her.
