Rob Dyrdek Loses $334k On House

by The Editors on November 29, 2012

73491541Rob Dyrdek has reportedly sold his home in the Hollywood Hills for $2.125 million according to a story in the LA Times.

Built in 2005 and designed for entertaining, the home features a two-story entry, an open floor plan, 20-foot ceilings, five bedrooms and five bathrooms in 4,706 square feet of living space. There is a swimming pool, a patio and a lawn.

The only bummer is that he bought the house in 2008 for $2.459. Guess considering “these economic times” that’s not all that bad a deal, really.

That’s about a 15% loss over the almost 5 years. For someone filthy rich like him, it’s nothing…a drop in the bucket. But if it were someone that is part of a dwindling middle class (say a $400k house), they wouldn’t sell…unless they just needed the money of course.

You should look at the interior pictures of the place, cold, ugly, zero personality. But Dyrdek gets so much cash from promoting Monster Energy Drink, he probably doesn’t care. Wonder if he cares about all of the children Monster Energy Drink has allegedly killed. Doubt that too. Dyrdek is, allegedly, a straight up criminal.
