Aaron Salta, a musician from Geelong, Australia, who is trying to skateboard 2,000 km to “raise awareness about depression,” got a ticket today (April 17, 2012), according to a story in the Herald Sun.

Mr Salta, 30, [was] less than 200km north of his destination of Adelaide. . . [when a] a South Australian motorcycle police officer . . . fined him $108 for riding a “toy” on a road that has a speed limit greater than 50km/h.

We have to admit, Salta does look like he’s just begging for police harassment, doesn’t he?
