Park City, Utah – September 22, 2009 –A decade after co-founding Electric Visual and playing a major role in leading the brand to the forefront of the sunglass and goggle world, Mike Carter is set to conquer a different part of the cranial real estate market by joining Skullcandy as the new Vice President of Global Marketing.

Carter is a veteran in action sports. Before co-founding Electric Visual, he managed renowned Laguna Surf and Sport, and later went on to run sports marketing for Arnette. After helping to build Electric into a worldwide brand with more than $25+ million in revenue, Volcom acquired the company and Mike continued to build the Electric brand globally with massive success.
