Apparently, there were bits with comedy shotgun Will Arnett that didn’t make it into Girl/Chocolate’sPretty Sweet. Here are a few of them. “Do you smoke? Start now.” Cue the laugh track.
Them are some big waves in this edit, not to mention some serious big wave lingo: proving ground, ultimate arena, homage, primal challenges await those who answer the call, pushing natures limits.”
Plan B has a full-length video on the way this summer. In the meantime, Torey Pudwill gives everyone a little taste of what we can expect when it drops. Yeah, give T-Puds his hundred bucks bitch.
“I wanted to work with Penny because after riding all the plastic boards on the market nothing felt as good under my feet as a Penny,” said Christian Hosoi. “As the original, it exudes style and performance, and Ben’s aim in starting Penny to get more feet on skateboards really appealed to me and my own life in teaching my own kids to skate. For me, Penny’s about what I’m about, so it’s an honor to become an ambassador.”

Absolute Distributors Founder Ben Mackay said, “Luke and Steve are living legends in the world of barbering and their brand’s explosion within their own scene reminds me a lot of my humble beginnings within the skate industry. Hey, here’s a little late news from the snow shred game. Former Burton team pipe slayer Kazuhiro Kokubo has signed with Capita Snowboards. Believe it.
CAPiTA President Blue Montgomery commented, “We’re honored to have Kazu join us. Normally we don’t sign athletes outside our farm system, but Kazu is a perfect match. Who he is, how he presents himself, what he stands for… he’s a very unique person and such a stylish, powerful snowboarder. He defends awesome. The future around here looks bright.”

Last summer (August 15, 2012) the Lemelson Center at the Smithsonian Institution invited Rodney Mullen to discuss “the role of invention and innovation” in American Life. As always, Mullen turns out to be as compelling a speaker as he is a skateboarder. Check it.
