by The Editors on December 12, 2011

Lindsay-Lohan-Hawaii

While Lindsay Lohan (pictured here with action agent Blair Marlin) was at a “house party” following the Billabong Pipe Masters In Memory of Andy Irons her $5,000 purse was stolen from her car, according to a story in The Sun.

And as well as the large amount of cash [$10,000?], the bag contained probation documents detailing her permission to travel. . . The bag, complete with passports and papers but minus the cash, was later returned by a local, who claimed to have found it in the street.

Lohan was reportedly at the contest to honor her “friend and fellow rehab buddy” Andy Irons. Apparently, even the starlets get taxed on the North Shore.

by The Editors on December 12, 2011

Weisman 686Attorney to the action world Greg Weisman is launching a new West Coast office of the law firm Ritholz Levy Sands Chidekel & Fields LLP, according to a story on Apparel News.

“As sad as it was to see Silver & Freedman decide to close its doors, I could not be happier about this opportunity,” he said. “I have been working with, both as co-counsel and sometimes opposing counsel, the guys in New York, and when this opportunity arose, I couldn’t pass it up. They represent some of the most significant clients in the music, film, media, fashion and technology industries. The sky is the limit on how we can work together.”

Glad to see that Gregory Weisman, Esq. is still deep in the game. And with a five name firm no less.
