Jason Kravetz of the Laguna Beach Police Department was able to confirm that a woman listing the surfer&#8217;s Laguna Beach residence had filed a complaint at the department&#8217;s front desk Monday, but that an official police report has yet to be drafted. . . &#8220;I can tell you that a ring was taken in the theft, and it is valued at $25,000,&#8221; Kravetz said. &#8220;It&#8217;s unknown if it&#8217;s a wedding ring.&#8221; . .
