Sea Of Seven Launches New Collaboration With Xanadu Surf Designs<\/strong>
\nSurf industry\u2019s \u201cblack sheep\u201d partner on powerful new photo – Think Positive.<\/p>\nENCINITAS, CA \u2013 AUGUST 31, 2019 \u2013 Today, Sea Of Seven announced their latest collaboration with world-famous surfboard shaper Xanadu Surf Designs.<\/p>\n
What began as a working relationship in the 1990s has evolved into a strong friendship based on a mutual appreciation of the vanguard surf lifestyle, art, and photography.<\/p>\n
\u201cI was very pleased with the work we created during our launch of the Black & White Collection. This time around, I wanted to do something very different. I chose this image as it\u2019s one of the most powerful I\u2019ve ever taken of Xanadu. I am very proud of it. It was my idea to split the image in half, one side showing the positive, the other showing negative and in doing so titling it Think Positive, explained Sea Of Seven founder Jack English.<\/p>\n
As one of the world\u2019s best surfboard shapers, Xanadu\u2019s passion for design and style has led to the creation of a well-regarded board company. All of which has allowed him to assemble an impressive list of riders past and present, including Brad Gerlach, Hans Hagen, Brian Conley, Donavon Frankenreiter, Nathan Webster, Jason “Ratboy” Collins, Nate Acker, Cory and Shea Lopez, Lisa Andersen, and many more.<\/p>\n
