But that&#8217;s just the way things go, Inman says:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTransformation is key for Billabong,&#8221; she said. &#8220;I\u2019m sure there are people that don\u2019t like to see the changes. . . They want the business to be what it was. I\u2019m here to increase shareholder value. That\u2019s my job.
