According to the complaint, the video is &#8220;comprised substantially of excerpts from the Beastie Boys Sound Recordings and the Beastie Boys Musical Compositions totaling more than three minutes in duration.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Looks like the group is sticking to the letter of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/deborahljacobs\/2012\/08\/13\/part-of-beastie-boy-adam-yauchs-will-banning-use-of-music-in-ads-may-not-be-valid\/\" target=\"_blank\">Adam Yauch&#8217;s will<\/a><\/strong> in which he stated that  \u201cin no event may my image or name or any music or any artistic property created by me be used for advertising purposes.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>All this and being <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boston.com\/business\/news\/2012\/08\/10\/monster-stock-slips-after-investigation-disclosure\/EdO8wfnjr9eloBtikwOWXN\/story.html\" target=\"_blank\">investigated by one state&#8217;s attorney general<\/a><\/strong>?
