And, according to a story in <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theaustralian.com.au\/business\/balanced-approach-pays-off-for-globe-international\/story-e6frg8zx-1225946353284\" target=\"_blank\">The Australian<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, it is due to a &#8220;balanced approach.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>While in previous years Hill has issued bullish assessments of the outlook only to have them fail to materialise, he&#8217;s now playing it safe.
