Heckmann International Center for Entrepreneurial Management<\/a><\/strong> at UC Riverside&#8217;s Palm Desert campus. Partners in the new venture, in addition to [Dan] Quayle, include ESPN sports commentator and former University of Notre Dame football coach <strong>Lou Holtz<\/strong> and <strong>Alfred E.
