We didn&#8217;t go, but everyone we know did. Said it was amazing. Here&#8217;s a little of what the <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.sfweekly.com\/thesnitch\/2009\/06\/wallenberg_high_school_skatebo.php\" target=\"_blank\">SF Weekly<\/a><\/em><\/strong> had to say:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>As Jimi Hendrix&#8217;s version of the Star-Spangled Banner christened the event, Jake Phelps &#8212; Editor of Thrasher and Master of Ceremonies for the day &#8212; yelled, &#8220;Wassup? You ready to jump this thing?&#8221; Evidently, people were. No sooner had Hendrix&#8217;s last wave of feedback ceased than Marissa del Santo flew off the top of the stairs &#8212; nearly landing. The crowd went crazy.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Chris Cole<\/strong> marked it with authority and <strong>Lizard King<\/strong>, well, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/boiltheocean.wordpress.com\/2009\/05\/31\/kill-yo-self\/\" target=\"_blank\">what did you expect<\/a><\/strong>.
