Corporation<\/strong> over a patent (<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/patft.uspto.gov\/netacgi\/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&amp;Sect2=HITOFF&amp;p=1&amp;u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&amp;r=1&amp;f=G&amp;l=50&amp;co1=AND&amp;d=PTXT&amp;s1=RE40613&amp;OS=RE40613&amp;RS=RE40613\" target=\"_blank\">US Patent Number RE 40,613<\/a><\/strong>) that among other things allegedly protects a pocket design which includes a  slot that allows a headphone wire to pass through, according to a story on <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sportsonesource.com\/news\/spor\/spor_article.asp?section=8&amp;Prod=1&amp;id=27208\" target=\"_blank\">Sports One Source<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>According to the complaint, &#8220;each and every defendant named herein makes, uses, sells and\/or imports at least one jacket and\/or model of jacket that is designed to provide the wearer with wire management capabilities for portable electronic devices, including, for example, cellular telephones, mp3 players, iPods, and the like, that facilitates the management of wires running from the electronic device to the user.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>According to his <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.myspace.com\/scottevest\" target=\"_blank\">myspace page<\/a><\/strong> TEC owner <strong>Scott Jordan<\/strong>, 44, is &#8220;a corporate lawyer with no design experience.&#8221; This entire lawsuit will probably get more interesting before it goes away.
