You have to love Surfline<\/strong>. We don’t mess with it much because, why, but when we do we’re continually amazed that surfers actually pay $120 a year for this kind of data.<\/p>\n

The June 27, 2026 report for our spot is as follows: the Surfline app says 1-3 feet, the Surfline website says 3-4, and the Dawn Patrol<\/strong> app for Apple Watch<\/strong><\/a> (which is reportedly “powered by Surfline”) claims 4-6 feet all for the same secret SoCal beach break. If you look closely at the info you’ll see that the tides are correct. The swell direction is dead-on, yet the wave heights are all over the place. What gives?<\/p>\n
