The parole board voted to approve his release on June 14, 2022, however, California Governor <strong>Gavin Newsom<\/strong> has <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardistan.com\/?s=gator\">reversed Rogowski&#8217;s parole for the second time<\/a><\/strong>, according to a story on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs8.com\/article\/news\/local\/governor-reverses-parole-for-former-pro-skater-mark-gator-rogowski\/509-8422b3e2-24dd-41d0-988a-7ec93b3255e7\">CBS8.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article__section article__section_type_text utility__text\">\n<blockquote><p>On November 4, 2022, Governor Newsom once again rescinded Rogowski&#8217;s parole. . .
