(NYSE: TLYS) dropped 6% to $20.64 and now has a $591 million market cap. Shares of the Irvine-based company fell 12% yesterday after the company announced that some shareholders, including chain co-founders <strong>Hezy Shaked<\/strong> and <strong>Tilly Levine<\/strong>, plans to sell 8.1 million common shares and possibly an extra 1.2 million more.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Thanks, guys.
