Kennedy was released on Friday pending a charging decision.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>An early Thursday morning press release from the King County Sheriff\u2019s office stated that just before 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, a homeowner in the area near where Bank Road turns into Thorsen Road, heard a \u201cloud crash\u201d in front of his residence. When sheriff\u2019s deputies arrived on scene, they found a single-vehicle accident where a car had collided with a guardrail and tree \u2014 authorities believe Kennedy may have failed to negotiate the sharp curve.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Maigetter leaves behind a wife and two kids. He was 45.
