The original lawsuit didn\u2019t contain any sexual harassment allegations. . .&nbsp;She then switched attorneys and filed an amended complaint in August that added the sexual harassment claims in detail with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2016\/08\/16\/shaun-white-sued-graphic-sexual-harassment-allegations-penis-pics-fecal-matter-hair-demands\/\"><strong>screen shots of alleged text messages<\/strong><\/a> from White attached as exhibits. It sought punitive and compensatory damages, including lost wages.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>When the suit was filed last August, Shaun said he would defend against the charges &nbsp;&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2016\/08\/16\/shaun-white-text-messages-response-bogus\/\"><strong>vigorously in court<\/strong><\/a>,&#8221; apparently, he changed his mind.&nbsp;No details were released on exactly what the settlement was, but we&#8217;re guessing Zawaideh got money in exchange for dropping her&nbsp;case.
