After her first rounds of treatment the cancer has returned and is now in Stage IV. A friend of the family, <strong>Kate Patterson Baldwin<\/strong>, has set up a site on <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/supportingsara\">gofundme.com<\/a><\/strong> to help the family with their mounting medical expenses. Here&#8217;s what Kate says about Sara:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Somehow, even in the face of such giant obstacles, Sara manages to keep it all together with a positive and courageous attitude. She has summoned an undeniable strength that is exemplary and inspiring on all accounts; and, not only is she providing a beautiful example of strength and perseverance for her three little girls, she is, without a doubt, doing the same for me.
