{"id":32587,"date":"2012-10-03T09:44:06","date_gmt":"2012-10-03T16:44:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.boardistan.com\/?p=32587"},"modified":"2012-10-03T09:44:10","modified_gmt":"2012-10-03T16:44:10","slug":"parents-sue-cva-over-sexual-assault","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.boardistan.com\/?p=32587","title":{"rendered":"Parents Sue CVA Over Sexual Assault"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The parents of a 16-year-old girl who was reportedly sexually assaulted by a 19-year-old snowboarding coach while the two were at Copper Mountain for the 2011 Nationals are apparently suing <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gocva.com\" target=\"_blank\">Carrabassett Valley Academy<\/a><\/strong> for $1.35 million, according to a story in the <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sunjournal.com\/news\/carrabassett-valley-academy\/0001\/11\/30\/parents-snowboarder-sue-carrabassett-valley-academ\/12599\" target=\"_blank\">Sun Journal<\/a><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The lawsuit, filed last month by attorney D.
