Follow the jump for the official word.May 28, 2012, Fountain Valley, CA\u2014ONE Distribution announced today that English skater Chewy Cannon is on KR3W.<\/p>\n

Despite growing up on the east coast of England in Great Yarmouth (\u201cbasically in the middle of nowhere\u201d), Chewy fell deeply into skating, and, like any true skater, found a way to make it happen. \u201cThere was never really fuck all to skate and the skate scene was tiny, but we were all pretty productive. We made spots, we had a camera about early on, so we was always makin\u2019 videos and day trips. That was some of the best times when I think back.\u201d<\/p>\n

Since then, Chewy has gone on to become a household name in the European skate scene\u2014well, maybe not \u201chousehold name,\u201d but heaps of people know him and appreciate his skill and style. Including KR3W.<\/p>\n

Other interesting facts about Chewy:<\/p>\n

1. The landlord for the London house that he lives in with his girlfriend was a woman, but is now a geezer. Chewy has described the landlord transformation from her to him as \u201ckinda crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n

2. He loves playing darts and saying, \u201c180!\u201d (presumably in that Lemmy\/Motorhead voice that one dart announcer has). \u201cGot a dart board a li\u2019l while back,\u201d Chewy said, \u201cand I\u2019ve been on a mission on the rainy days to try and become the next big thing.\u201d His girlfriend is still better than he is, however.<\/p>\n

3. Three is a secret.<\/p>\n

4. Chewy has a difficult relationship with bananas. They\u2019ve been known to make him violent. But he had little to say about them when KR3W asked about his problems with the fruit. \u201cI love bananas,\u201d he said. \u201cThey smell like the Devil\u2019s nut sack.\u201d<\/p>\n
