A cross section of contributing writers lending their voice to the magazine come from throughout the industry, including reps, brands, shop owners and managers, along with retail business consultants, marketing and social media professionals, merchandising specialists, reputable writers and others.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>NBM&#8217;s main business appears to be in trade magazines and at least one traveling trade show (<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/thenbmshow.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">The NBM Show<\/a><\/strong>) that represents several of their categories. They publish print magazines like <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/rv-pro.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">RV Pro<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/a-e-mag.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Awards &#38; Engraving<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/sdgmag.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sign &#38; Digital Engraving<\/a><\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/printwearmag.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Printwear<\/a><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>While ASM Publisher <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pub\/jay-driscoll\/5\/a93\/57\" target=\"_blank\">Jay Driscoll<\/a><\/strong> has been in the trade show business since 1999 neither he nor editor <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/heatherbfried\" target=\"_blank\">Heather Fried<\/a><\/strong> appear to have any experience in the action sports business. While that may be a good thing, it is difficult to imagine a scenario in which <em>ActionSports Merchandising<\/em> will find success (even with <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/yeanice.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Yea.Nice<\/a><\/strong> co-founder <strong>Josh Sherman<\/strong> selling ads).
