The Hurley Pro at Trestles<\/a><\/strong> isn’t getting the best waves and we’re kind of missing the surf we saw in New York (never thought we’d say that), but it’s not all bad. Today (September 19, 2011) Round 2 is set to get underway with Round 3 on hold for a possible afternoon start. We’re just hoping the waves hold up.<\/p>\n

For the complete heat match-ups and yesterday’s results, follow the jump.LOWER TRESTLES, California \/ USA (Monday, September 19, 2011) \u2013 Round 2 of the Hurley Pro at Trestles is ON this morning in clean two-to-four foot (1 metre) waves at the iconic California Pointbreak of Lower Trestles.<\/p>\n

Stop No. 7 of 11 on the ASP World Title Series, the Hurley Pro at Trestles saw the world\u2019s best surfers put in some impressive performances despite smaller conditions in Round 1 and with a new swell showing signs of life, there should be no shortage of action in Round 2 today.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re going to capitalize on the swell on offer this morning and continue with Round 2 starting at 8:30,\u201d Richie Porta, ASP International Head Judge said. \u201cRound 3 is on standby and we\u2019ll potentially push on later this afternoon.\u201d<\/p>\n
