The resort includes four chair-lifts, two groomers, a restaurant and 12 miles of ski slopes.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Mr. Prior will bring new life and work for those who want to live here, and maybe also new children,&#8221; says Ruedi Schweizer, whose family is part of a commune that works a small farm, runs a small organic-food store and offers mule trekking for tourists.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Prior, who is recently flush with cash after his family sold one of it&#8217;s businesses plans to invest $45 million in the resort.
