We just shrugged.<\/p>\n<p>According to a story on <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2011\/01\/28\/skullcandy-ipo-idUSN2828334920110128\" target=\"_blank\">Reuters<\/a><\/strong> Alden and his crew plan to raise $125 million in an initial public offering.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The underwriters are being led by Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. The shares are expected to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol &#8220;SKUL.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1423542\/000119312511017025\/ds1.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Click here to read the entire S-1<\/a><\/strong> filing.
