(a.k.a. <strong>O<\/strong>) titled <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/subtextgallery.com\/blog\/?p=2176\" target=\"_blank\">Black and Blue Just Like You<\/a><\/em><\/strong> on Saturday night October 23, 2010.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Inspired by the abstract expressionism of <strong>Jackson Pollock<\/strong>, Otis\u2019 process is to paint (using only a black and blue palette) on transparency film. The original piece is then pressed onto the surface of various recycled surfaces, creating a one of a kind finished piece.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The show runs from 6 -10 PM and features a live performance by <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/littlewhiteteeth.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Little White Teeth<\/a><\/strong> at 9 PM.
