Today they are kicking off their <strong>Califorinia Surf Festival <\/strong>(October 6-10, 2010) with the film <strong><em>Accidental Icon: The Real Gidget Story<\/em><\/strong> and an appearance by the original <strong>Gidget<\/strong> herself, <strong>Kathy Kohner Zuckerman<\/strong>. Show starts at the Brooks Theater at 7 PM (<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?client=safari&amp;oe=UTF-8&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;q=217+N.+Coast+Highway,+Oceanside,+CA&amp;fb=1&amp;gl=us&amp;hnear=&amp;cid=0,0,16209347470650280584&amp;ei=7K-sTIjbLIeWsgPcp8XlAw&amp;ved=0CBMQnwIwAA&amp;hq=217+N.+Coast+Highway,+Oceanside,+CA&amp;z=16&amp;iwloc=A\" target=\"_blank\">217 N.
