It says the mountain created a hazardous condition and failed to erect any, or any adequate, warning signs alerting users to the presence of a sharp drop-off and cliff adjacent to the run. . . The company failed to erect a barrier that would have prevented Yan from going down the embankment and over the cliff, says the lawsuit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>If it isn&#8217;t<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardistan.com\/?p=15408\" target=\"_blank\"> <\/a><\/strong><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardistan.com\/?p=3270\" target=\"_blank\">gondola&#8217;s failing<\/a><\/strong>, or <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardistan.com\/?p=12162\" target=\"_blank\">parts falling off chairlifts<\/a><\/strong>, or <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardistan.com\/?p=5611\" target=\"_blank\">bolts breaking<\/a><\/strong>, or <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardistan.com\/?p=7093\" target=\"_blank\">drive motor malfunctions on the Peak 2 Peak<\/a><\/strong>, or <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardistan.com\/?p=3932\" target=\"_blank\">snowcats getting caught in avalanches<\/a><\/strong>, or <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardistan.com\/?p=13272\" target=\"_blank\">foreclosure<\/a><\/strong>, or <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boardistan.com\/?p=9571\" target=\"_blank\">fires<\/a><\/strong>, it&#8217;s getting sued by their own government.
