The 2010 Amsterdam Am<\/a><\/strong> will be broadcasting live on the Internet Saturday and Sunday July 10 & 11, 2010 beginning at 4 AM PST on the Volcom Europe website<\/a><\/strong>. Waking up early and tuning in is a hell of a lot easier than attending live, but no where near as much fun.<\/p>\n

Friday, July 9<\/strong>
\n10:30 arrival day, practice at the skatepark (open til 20:00)<\/p>\n

20:00 Free BBQ and session at the Marnix bowl, depending on the weather.<\/p>\n

Saturday, July 10
\n<\/strong>10:30 Open Practice at the skatepark<\/p>\n

13:00 AmsterDamn Am Street qualifiers at the skatepark, 100 skaters, five heats, top 2 qualifiers advance directly to the finals and following 28 advance to semi finals<\/p>\n

22:00 doors open for the 5th annual AmsterDamn Am party at Lanx, with NIHILIST and Voxson live, free entry, book your free tickets http:\/\/www.damnamparty.nl\/

\nSunday, July 11
\n<\/strong>10:30 Open practice at the skatepark<\/p>\n

13:00 Semi finals, 28 skaters, top 10 advances to finals AmsterDamn<\/p>\n

Am street finals start directly after the semi, 12 skaters Best trick begins after the street finals with Nihilist playing live on the course (obstacle to be decided)<\/p>\n

Prizes:<\/strong>
\n15000\u20ac prize purse (Street: 12 950\u20ac, Best trick : 1700\u20ac, 350\u20ac side cash) First and Second place win plane tickets to Tampa Am 2011 in Tampa, Florida, USA, and are seeded directly into the semifinals. The top 12 placing will be qualified for Tampa Am 2011. The winner will also win a return plane ticket to AmsterDamn Am in 2011<\/p>\n
