Upon arrival, Officers determined the male subject was deceased. . . .The investigation revealed Jacob was riding his skateboard downhill on <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?hl=en&amp;client=safari&amp;q=map:+NW+Stonepine+Dr.+Bend,+Oregon&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;hq=&amp;hnear=NW+Stonepine+Dr,+Bend,+Deschutes,+Oregon+97701&amp;gl=us&amp;ei=aycgTIXwM4vqnQfpgJF0&amp;ved=0CAoQ8gEwAA&amp;z=16\" target=\"_blank\">NW Stonepine Dr.<\/a><\/strong> sometime during the night, when he lost control of the skateboard and fell to the pavement striking his head. . .<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>As you may have guessed, Vinson was not wearing a helmet.
