Costa Mesa, CA \u2013 Palisades Skateboards continues to grow its line of art driven skateboards with the addition of five new boards designed by internationally renowned Surf Artist Drew Brophy. Best known for his surreal surfboard paintings and bright, colorful designs Brophy has expanded his art to design many different things including skatedecks.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are very excited to be working with Drew,\u201d Said Kurt Hurley, National Sales Manager in charge of Palisades, \u201che has a proven track record in this industry, his art connects with people and it sells.\u201d <\/p>\n

With the addition of Brophy to the Palisades line there are now 24 unique decks to choose from for 2010.<\/p>\n

All Palisades decks are sold as completes and are built to ride, assembled using the best available components to insure the best cruising & downhill experience. Palisades is distributed through Select Distribution.<\/p>\n

About Drew Brophy:
\nDrew Brophy has been a professional artist for over 20 years. As a young surfer, Drew\u2019s career took off when he started applying his edgy artwork onto surfboards. He became known worldwide for painting surfboards using the new techniques that he developed with water-based paint pens. <\/p>\n

Drew\u2019s inspiration comes from the adventures of traveling the globe with his wife and son. The life they live is the life he paints, one filled with perfect waves, sun swept beaches and the freedom to do what brings you joy.<\/p>\n
