Now, the 37-year-old inventor has gotten his toy into some major retailers and is looking to expand with more skateboarders, according to a story in the <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.signonsandiego.com\/news\/2010\/jan\/03\/persistent-inventor-sees-action-figure-produced\/\" target=\"_blank\">San Diego Union-Tribune<\/a><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Bellon is hoping for a huge 2010. With the help of Bellon\u2019s childhood friend and pro skateboarder Darin \u201cCookiehead\u201d Jenkins, who is the Action Sports Toys ambassador, the toy line will grow to include Bucky Lasek and Steve Caballero, two big names on the pro skateboard tour. . . Jenkins was really excited by the toy\u2019s potential but wanted to feel out his fellow skateboarders first. . . \u201cIf you approach them wrong, they will shut you down,\u201d he said. . .
