In sentencing Spencer on Thursday in Regina, Judge Ted Malone admonished the man for leaving the scene of the accident.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kniffen (pictured right) was on his way home from work when he was hit. Spencer will also be &#8220;prohibited from driving for 10 years&#8221; after he gets out of prison.
