Bozung Gets 12 Days In Jail

by The Editors on March 6, 2020

Two weeks in jail sounds like a pretty good deal when you’re charged with allegedly holding a knife to someone’s throat and threatening to shoot someone while loading an “AR-15 style” weapon and that’s what former pro snowboarder Nate Bozung got after a plea deal, according to a story in the Park Record.

Bozung was sentenced Feb. 24 after pleading guilty to two class A misdemeanors: attempted aggravated assault and attempted purchase, transfer, possession or use of a firearm by a restricted person. According to court documents, those charges were reduced from third-degree felonies as part of a plea deal, while three additional misdemeanor counts and an infraction were dismissed.

Sounds like Mr. Bozung is we represented. We hope things are going well for Nate after all this is done and over.
