Trevor Jacob, the pro snowboarder who had most recently hucked a double cork on a skateboard while “traveling across the country” with a friend, has been reportedly arrested after being discovered hiding under a tarp on a westbound train in Alliance, Ohio on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, according to a story in the Canton Rep.
Trevor D. Jacob, 18, of Mammoth Lakes, Calif., and Taylor D. Woods, 21, of San Francisco, were found around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday aboard a Norfolk & Southern train, Stark County Jail records said. Jacob is listed as a professional snowboarder and Woods as unemployed. . . The men were arrested in the 800 block of East Main Street and booked into the jail, each on a misdemeanor charge of railroad vandalism and criminal trespassing.
Turns out the life of a Nike sponsored skateboarding hobo isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Hopefully, Jacob is already back on the rails and headed west.
