Trevor Dooley, the 68-year-old Florida man who allegedly shot and killed David James, 41, after an argument over skateboarding kids was finally arrested and charged with manslaughter and other weapons crimes three days after the shooting occured, according to a story on Tampa Bay Online.
Trevor Dooley – who officials say was involved in a shooting that ended in the death of Air Force veteran David James – was led out of his office in handcuffs this afternoon. It is not immediately clear what charges he faces.
We only hope that justice is served swiftly.
