Wayne Lee Cummings, 31, the former owner of Showcase Skate Park in Rogers, Minnesota was sentenced to 117 months in prison for “soliciting kids for sex,” according to a story in the StarTribune.
Cummings. . . was found guilty on three felony counts of soliciting a child to engage in sexual conduct and communication of sexually explicit materials to children, one count of solicitation of a minor, and one count of fourth-degree criminal conduct for incidents that took place between Dec. 1, 2007, and Oct. 6, 2008, at the Showcase Skate Park.
Cummings is reported as saying “he did not agree with the outcome of the stipulated facts.
